My classes are very relaxed and focus on keeping it simple with traditional yogic techniques to enhance your state of being whatever that may currently be. With an invitation for each student to reconnect with their inner wisdom and tune in to the natural cycles of their physical, mental and emotional selves. We have created a beautiful safe space in which we share our practice, support each other and learn to deal with the every day stresses and anxieties that are a result of living in todays , often busy and hectic world. My classes are open to students of all levels of fitness and health and there is no experience in yoga or meditation necessary.
