I am currently on a 12 week programme with Aisling and her presence and guidance have been an absolute blessing. I found Aisling through my home town when I was living away - at the time I felt I was in such an uncertain place. Through her guidance and her attention to breath work we have discussed many parts of life which helped me to find calmness and light. Breath work and self love have become such a big part of my daily routine and for that my heart has never felt fuller. Aisling has been a massive part of my journey these past few months - my dreams are only getting bigger.
Being in the presence of Aisling where she holds the space for us, allows us to relax, be calm and breathe into that space of knowing within ourselves. She seems to reflect the essence of her true nature which in turn opens our hearts to our true essence. Aisling also is practical and brings about a simplicity and fun-ness to life. She is also very funny and a pleasure to be with. I Have loved working with her in a variety of ways.
