Weekend retreat November 5th-7th

My Aim is to nourish and nurture you in many amazing ways while you retreat.  Our weekends will include Raw Juice and Smoothies with the addition of delicious evening meals from a vegetarian menu. All meals offer amazing healing, alkalizing and cleansing benefits. I will be lifting the energy of the retreat with gentle early morning breath and stretch practices, with even more easeful and soothing meditations and relaxations that will bring you deep into the bliss and stillness of your own being.  Trained to Master level in both Usui Reiki and Angel therapy I will be using my 20yrs of experience and knowledge to create the perfect space for you to get the most from all our mindful movement/yoga breath classes, meditations and relaxations you attend.

The Venue  

Our Wellness Retreat venues are handpicked to offer a serene destination for those looking to reflect, relax and rejuvenate.  We offer tranquil accommodation nested in the south east of the Irish countryside.  You can book for private/Corporate Groups for a time that best suits your business or you can join as an individual on one of our pre-scheduled events though-out the year.  The simple act of just resting back at our peaceful venue in itself will help you relax and unwind from the hectic lifestyles we are today accustomed to.  However, the combination of gentle yoga movements, breathing techniques, restful meditation and healing nutritious food will also help reset those energy levels.  

Spending time in nature has a deeply healing effect on the body, mind and spirit and our retreats offers this in abundance, a splendid and ancient landscape punctuated by magnificent, domed mountains, purple glens, soft rolling hills and silvery streams. Whether you hanker for windswept mountain peaks, long distance nature hikes or coastal rambles, walking/waking in the East coast is certain to capture your spirit. 8.30pm Yoga Nidra and sound bath – A yogic sleep, a state of conscious deep sleep for extreme relaxation and subtler spiritual exploration.
